Delivery

Every piece is crafted and dispatched within 14–16 days to preserve the integrity of the archive.

United Kingdom

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Next Working Day

Once your item leaves our studio, it is shipped on a tracked next-day service within the UK. Aimed delivery is the following working day, fully tracked from dispatch to arrival.

Europe

Royal Mail International Tracked

Delivery aim: 3–5 working days. Fully tracked with confirmation on arrival. Includes compensation cover up to £50.

Rest of the World

Royal Mail International Tracked

Delivery aim: 5–7 working days. Fully tracked with confirmation on arrival. Includes compensation cover up to £50.

Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched. Please note delivery times are aims, not guarantees, as published by Royal Mail.

Returns

All pieces are made-to-order and final sale. This means we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 which exempt customised or made-to-order goods.

This policy does not affect your legal rights. If your item arrives faulty or not as described, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

To report a fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos and order details.
