Q: Are your items limited edition?
Yes. ALLTALKARCHIVED specialises in scarce, limited-run designs. Once sold out, items will not be restocked and vaulted.
Q: How do I know which size to order?
Each product includes a fit note (e.g. “Model 6’0” wears size M”). For a tight, sleek fit, purchase your true size. For layering, we recommend sizing up. Feel free to message us with any questions.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
As many of our pieces are made-to-order, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us immediately at [alltalkarchived@gmail.com] and we’ll do our best to assist.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in two stages:
Production & dispatch (approx. 10–14 days).
Shipping from the UK to you. Delivery times vary by destination:
UK Tracked: 2–4 working days.
International: 5–12 working days, depending on country.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via tracked services. Shipping costs and estimated times are displayed at checkout.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped from the UK, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its progress.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
Made-to-order items are non-refundable for change of mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. However, this does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and images of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
